Comedian Heywood Banks returns to the Opera House


April 6th – 7:00 p.m.  Heywood Banks returns to the Howell Opera House to entertain the audience with his insane comedy! The popular writer and performer of humorous songs is simply ‘one-of-a-kind, a cult icon, and a man with a style of his very own.’  Some of his well known songs include “Toast”, “Fly’s Eyes”, “Wiper Blades”, “Pancreas”, “Big Butter Jesus”, “18 Wheels (on a Big Rig)”, “The One Eye Love” & “The Cat Got Dead”.

Heywood frequently appears on the nationally syndicated radio program, The Bob and Tom Show. His most popular and widely known song is called “Toast,” (played on a toaster with a pair of forks). The pop icon’s show appeals to college students, businessmen, yuppies, kids or your grandmother!

Doors will open at 7:00 pm Performance starts at 7:30.
