Private Music Lessons with Neil Woodward
February 27 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Neil Woodward, appointed by the state legislature as “Michigan’s Troubadour,” is offering music lessons at the historic Howell Opera House!
As a longtime supporter of the Livingston Arts Council, Neil is pleased with the opportunity to meet with students in this venerable community cultural center, and his mission of carrying on the Great Lakes musical folkways through teaching is a perfect fit with the LAC’s programs.
Neil has taught private and group lessons for over forty years and enjoys working with students of all ages, with or without musical experience. Finding the student’s expression though their instrument of choice always guides his musical instruction. Neil teaches banjo, mandolin, fiddle, ukulele, guitar, harmonica, dulcimer, tin whistle and other traditional American instrumental techniques.
Private 1/2 hour and hour sessions may be scheduled for Tuesday evenings beginning at 5 PM. Please contact Neil at 517-223-7832 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or to set up a lesson.
